“Slim build. Yeah, that rules me out.” Abner’s voice was tense, his eyes scanning the crowd that gathered near the building. “Just hope they don’t find someone matching that. Especially not Enclave. I don’t want a human getting blamed for what I did.” Unlikely, but it wouldn’t be the first time his superiors had created their own perpetrator. He’d been there for some of them. It was for the greater good, but it didn’t make their screams any less haunting.
